Since our products are custom made / personalized we do not offer returns, exchanges, credits or refunds. The only exception is if we make an error on the personalization / custom specification (note: paint or stain colors do not apply because colors may vary slightly for computer monitors and printers.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier used (UPS or USPS) to file a claim.
NOTE: Cancellations of an order can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time you must contact SSI Woodwork to see if a change or cancellation is possible.
