Since our products are custom made and personalized, we do not offer returns, exchanges, credits or refunds. The only exception is if we make an error on the personalization or customization specification.
(Please note: Paint and/or stain colors do not apply because the colors may vary slightly for materials, computer monitors and printers).
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier used (UPS or USPS) to file a direct claim.
NOTE: Cancellation of an order can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, you must contact SSI Woodwork Company directly at (803) 327-4696 to see if a change to or cancellation of your order is possible.
